When you first registered, you were asked what you planned to do as a member of Floofie.com.  If you did not check the "I am Seeking Employment" check box, then you will not see the option in MyFloofie's Account Controls Area.  To enable this, go to the Change My Account Type link, and choose "I am Seeking Employment" and click the Update button.

After doing so, it will ask you if you would like to upload your resume.  If you are not prepared to do so at that time, There will be a button in the Account Controls area in MyFloofie for you to do so afterwards.
